How does shipping work?


In order to guarantee an express delivery and an excellent service, we chose the best international courier, Courier Guy. We would like to remind you that when the delivery time is calculated, we consider only working days.




Can I get a refund?


If you are not fully satisfied with the order you received, you have 14 working days from the delivery date to proceed with the request of return.




How much is shipping?


Local delivery: R180 Outlying areas: R250




What is a 'DEMO' unit?


A demo unit is generally product that has been used in-store for demonstration purposes. Sales consultants use these products to show the different features to customers.




Can I get a discount on a bulk order?


Contact us at sales@nucleustech.co.za and we’ll do our best to give you a good price. The discount will depend on how many laptops are purchased.




What are my payment options?


Preferably EFT, however, we do offer cash on collection.




Can IT resellers buy from us?


Yes, we have a large clientele of IT resellers.




Do the laptops come with warranty?


Yes, there is a one year warranty on all products unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Dell products have a standard 3 year warranty and demo units will carry the remainder thereof.




What time can an order be placed and still be shipped the same day for next day delivery?


1pm is the cutoff time for orders that are placed to be shipped the same day. In the event of an urgent order arrangements can be made to ship after this time.




Do you offer insurance on your shipping?


Yes, shipping insurance is available, if requested, on all orders at a cost. The cost is dependent on product and locations.




Will I recieve a tracking number for my shipment?


Yes, a tracking number will be emailed or Whatsapped to you, along with an invoice
